Index: Energy Healing Articles

Part of my writing is for the energy healing community. To some, this is like saying I write for people who sleep under steaming piles of yak dung, or some other esoteric subculture out on the crispy fringe of human experience. And yet, it’s a thing.

Energy healing practitioners are often found in the world of massage and bodywork. This has been my métier for decades, both as a practitioner and a teacher. As with any other specialized activity, energy healing has its own set of issues, and these postings are an opportunity to talk shop with colleagues and students of energy healing.

Here are my Medium.com postings on energy healing:

10/23/21 — Fear of Other People’s Energy: Unwanted Energy Transfer and the Myth of “Negative Energy”

10/16/21 — An Upsurge of Light: Adventures with St. John’s Wort

1/9/21 — “The Deal”: Inner Work and Horse-Trading with your Subconscious

10/2/21 — Another Side of Creating a Healing Environment: Learning something new about healing from a Korean War vet

8/9/21 — An Energywork Lesson from a Concentration Camp: A reflection on meditations at a power spot, in this case, a German concentration camp

8/4/21 — Crickets, Heaters, Angels, and Dr. Mesmer: Reflections on the question, “It it real?”
